Yes, LOGAN Plus gives you two maintenance visits per year. A certified LOGAN HVAC technician will visit your home or office and check everything for wear and tear, and make sure that everything is operating efficiently. Our licensed HVAC technicians inspect and test all components and controls. We document all voltage and amperage. All 1” filters are replaced. Plus, your drain lines are cleared, and the condensing coil is cleaned. Finally, your ductwork, motors, compressors, capacitors, and coils are all inspected.
