The gentleman walked me through everything and had to replace a part and not only showed me but told me why. He told me the price and asked to do it and wasn’t pushy. Changed the part and discussed my needs for my system. Will continue to do business with them and highly recommend them!

The recent power outage knocked out our Carrier HVAC gas unit on the lower level of my residence. I called Logan for help on 2/15/2021 and the technician arrived today, 2/16/2021. He was able to restore the unit to full functionality in less than 30 minutes. First-class service at a reasonable price.

They had heat back in my house within three days and no problems since. Their rates are reasonable, their service is top-notch and their responsiveness is exceptional. Great service! Showed up promptly on time, which I really appreciated. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly, and despite the hot temperatures in my house, he wore a mask the entire time. Our technician openly admitted that he maybe wasn’t the fastest, but he ensured that his work was done properly and that it was done right the first time! I really appreciated that and told him that I value that more than sloppy quick work! He did a great job, and I hope that he will be our technician from now on.
