Our Open Positions 

We are currently hiring! We are looking for several positions, including HVAC Installers and HVAC Residential Services Tech. For more details about any of the open roles, there is more information below. 

All positions are located in one location (Winston-Salem), and they all adhere to the Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with overtime opportunities available or as required by the General Manager). It is important to note that we will consider candidates who are not in the area but you should be willing to relocate.

HVAC Installer 

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of heating and air conditioning systems, and these jobs will primarily be in residential properties. You will also be expected to adhere to our company policies and safety procedures. This position is a full-time position and will be expected to report to our Winston-Salem, NC location. 

Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience. 

  • 2+ years of previous experience 
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job 
  • Customer service experience 
  • Freon certifications 
  • Knowledge or experience with HVAC Control wiring, system start-ups, operating procedures, and refrigeration and gas piping
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • EPA Type II license (preferred) 

HVAC Residential Services Tech 

Within this role, you will complete a variety of technical tasks that range in complexity, including maintenance and repair work on HVAC and related systems (i.e. gas furnaces, burners, zone systems, ventilation systems, heat pumps, etc.). Responsibilities include: 

  • Investigating system problems 
  • Performing repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment in HVAC systems 
  • Coming up with creative solutions for our customers 
  • Keeping the company trucks clean by adhering to truck maintenance schedules 
  • Providing notes concerning billing, customer explanations, model and serial unit numbers, and parts needed

Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience. 

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair 
  • An ability to read and understand wiring diagrams 
  • An ability to work well with a team as well as independently 
  • Availability to adhere to an on-call rotation 
  • CFC Certification (required) 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting and electrical meter issues 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong organization skills 
  • Nate-certified (preferred)
