Logan, Jr. started the company as a one-man shop in 1952, there have been numerous changes and innovations in the industry, and we have kept up with all of them. Over that time span, we've gained invaluable experience that translates to better products and services for residences throughout the area.

One of the things we do to keep our good reputation intact is to stick with scheduled times whether it is for a job that is already approved or for a proposal. In addition, as part of our Customer Assurance Program, we call every customer to survey our performance on every job.
Often we are able to make proposals on site. When necessary, we come back to our offices to work on the needed recommendations. Even then, we don't let things sit because we realize customers don't like to be kept waiting. All estimates are free, and no one is ever pressured to make a decision.
