My dad called and reported the issue and was told they would be put on the list. The unit then began to smell so they had to turn off their heat. He called again and told that they were without heat and was nicely reassured that someone would be out today but that due to the ice on roads they were starting out later than usual. When I found out I also called to make sure that the correct information was given to Logan. Sorry I didn't get her name but the lady checked and made sure they were on todays list. I did tell her they were without heat, my dad was sick, and I couldn't get to them at that time. She was very nice and told me someone would definitely be there today. My parents heat was fixed around lunch time. This even included two trips out since they had to go get a part to repair the unit. I would like to thank everyone involved with getting my parents heat back on so quickly. They live on Valley Court.
