Proper preventive maintenance allows us to offer our unique warranty and gives you peace of mind at an affordable, flat annual fee. We provide you a complete precision tune-up and professional cleaning semi-annually as described below for the term you choose - one, two or three years.
In addition to the benefits described below, our Gold Plan provides no labor cost on repairs. Think of it as a preventive maintenance plan plus insurance.

Precision tune-up procedures include:
Monitor refrigerant pressure
Test starting capabilities
Test safety controls
Clean or replace air filters
Clean and adjust blower components
Measure for correct air flow
Tighten electrical connections
Measure volts/amps on motors |
Lubricate all moving parts
Adjust thermostat calibration
Clean evaporator coil if accessible
Clean condensate drains
Measure temperature difference
Pump operation
Check loop pressure (P.S.I.)
