Logan Receives Torch Award For Marketplace Ethics

We received another honor recently when we were given the Torch Award For Marketplace Ethics. The recognition came from the Better Business Bureau of Central North Carolina. Only three companies in the entire Triad were recipients, and we were the only HVAC company singled out for the award.

The president and CEO of the Better Business Bureau said the role of his organization is to support trust in the marketplace and that Logan was a leader in doing that. He added that he was proud to have us as a part of the BBB.

Several areas of business practices were examined by the competition committee, including customer satisfaction, business integrity, and community involvement.

Scott Boyles, owner and president of Logan, said that the award is one more verification that Logan does strive for complete customer satisfaction and works hard to be a good corporate citizen.
