Mr. A.G. Logan, Jr. began installing heating systems in the Winston-Salem community in the late 1940's. In 1952, Logan Heating and Air Conditioning was formed when he established a dealer relationship with the Carrier corporation. Willis Carrier invented air conditioning and even today, Carrier is the largest manufacturer of all types of air conditioning equipment and systems. This partnership has lasted for over 50 years. Carrier has recognized Logan as one of its top dealers in the Carolinas for the past 10 years — and several times during this period Logan was number one.

Today, our staff of over 200 employees includes professional managers and other experienced personnel who are well trained in the sales, design, installation, and service of the latest in heating and air conditioning equipment and systems technology. The Markets We Serve

Logan began by installing oil furnaces and boiler systems in residences. Today Logan offers many choices of heating and air conditioning equipment and systems in homes, offices, medical facilities, commercial, and light industrial businesses.

We install and service home air conditioning systems within a 50 mile radius of Winston-Salem. Logan also installs and services commercial and light industrial systems in most of North Carolina and southern Virginia.

Organized To Serve

A separate commercial department serves the special requirements of the small business owner, medical facilities, churches, shopping centers, developers, property managers, and light industrial operations. Separate sheetmetal, piping, and start up crews are scheduled as required during the progress of the project to work with other trades as the building progresses. A project manager is assigned to each project to coordinate Logan's work with that of the general contractor and/or owner.

The residential department is a unique operating unit serving the homebuilder as well as the individual single homeowner. Special scheduling and coordination is provided to assure the installation is accomplished on time and with a minimum of inconvenience to the customer. We specialize in gas furnace, heat pumps and geothermal heat pumps. Our "Total Comfort Specialist" slogan guarantees you total satisfaction.
