Impact: Scott Boyles is the President of Logan Heating and Air Conditioning, a full-service HVAC company originally founded in 1952 by A.G. Logan. Boyles became the owner and President of the company on December 31, 2008 after more than 10 years of dedicated service to the company as a General Manager. Today, Logan continues to provide residential and commercial clients with services in the design, installation, service and maintenance of traditional and renewable energy HVAC systems. At Logan, Boyles ensures that trained professionals are kept up to date on the most recent products and technologies in order to provide clients with systems that will not only save them money on utility bills, but will also extend the life of their current system. One of Boyles’ current goals is to lead Logan forward in today’s green energy market. The professionals at Logan are well-versed in many environmentally sustainable solutions for residential and commercial structures, and they are one of the Triad’s leaders in geothermal heat pump design and installation. Boyles is dedicated to his community and family, as much as he is to his growing business. He is involved in the Home Builders Association, the Winston Salem Chamber of Commerce and the Clemmons Rotary Club. This fall, Logan also plans to install solar panels on a Habitat for Humanity House in Forsyth County. Boyles has also coached competitive youth baseball for nearly 10 years, and his record includes a North Carolina State Championship Title. In the next five years, Logan hopes to double its business by continuing to offer clients dependable and technologically advanced products.
